Your role:

Rimac Automobili is looking for an Administration Officer with advanced knowledge of English and German and excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the organization, assisting the COO and supporting the staff team. Your work will cover presentations about the company as well as company tours for visitors around the world. As a fast-moving company, we adopt new techniques and technologies on a regular basis so you must be ready for constant learning and embracing new technologies.


Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for visitors and callers, including reception duties
- Provide general administrative support to the COO and staff team
- Writing documentation and reports
- Making presentations about company and presentation of company on various events
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and general emails
- Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments as required
- Prepare contracts for suppliers
- Daily communication with suppliers, customers and clients
- Assist in matters relating to marketing and publicity

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:

- Secondary education in the field of economics (University degree is a plus)
- Advanced knowledge of English and German (more languages are a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible
- Calmness and kindness
- Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
