For our client we are looking:
ACCOUNTANT (m/f) – Zagreb
Cooperation: External Facility management company
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Accounting
2. Reconciliation
3. Payroll
4. Participating in closing procedure
5. Cash journal clearing/ checking
6. Participating in yearly audit and external reviews
Tasks for each area:
1. Accounting
- Processing the monthly cost invoices
- Processing the monthly goods invoices from domestic vendors
- Posting the daily bank statements
- Clearing the accounts
For our client we are looking:

3. Payroll
4. Participating in closing procedure
5. Cash journal clearing/ checking
6. Participating in yearly audit and external reviews
Tasks for each area:
1. Accounting
- Processing the monthly cost invoices

- preparing the data for the payroll calculation
- processing the monthly payroll calculation
- issuing all types of confirmation for employees needs
4. Participating in closing procedures
- Following the monthly closing procedures make the accounts to be ready for comments
5. Cash journal clearing/checking
- Following the procedure monthly clearance of the cash journals
- Random checking of daily cash reports
- Filing cash reports in the internal filing system
- Reporting big deviations (e.g. big cash differences) to SC and FM.
Participating in yearly audit and external reviews.
Cooperating with the auditors to clarify the company statement and accordingly to other external reviews
