Position Title: Account Manager – Incentive Travel & Events Designer
Department: Sales & Operations
Reports to: Owner/CEO
Office Location: Zagreb, Croatia
Compensation: Dependent on Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develops creative program ideas for client programs that are cost effective and promote client retention. Evaluates proposal to ensure the most cost effective measures have been taken.
• Prepares, proofs, edits and completes all sales proposals, costing sheets, contracts and correspondence before being sent to client.
• Maintain general knowledge of the destinations in RINA network – Croatia, BiH, Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia.
• Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with key organizations.
• Attend meetings, tradeshows, and other events, representing RINA as a top Croatian DMC.
• Ability to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple client files.
• Plays an active role ensuring that sales tools and computer information on venues, events, activities, etc. are current, complete and available for team to use at any time.
• Assists with developing and maintaining new and existing supplier-partner relationships.
• Participates in and performs site inspections and client meetings as requested.
• Operates programs, when necessary.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Qualifications:
• At least three years work experience for a Croatian DMC/Incentive travel agency.
• Experience and knowledge of the corporate events industry is required.
• Working knowledge of venues and supplier/partners in Croatia and ability to locate new venues and supplier/partners.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking. Additional language is a plus.
• Excellent writing skills and grammar; exceptional communication skills
• Experience working with budgets. Strong mathematical skills, i.e., calculating percentages, proposals using mathematical equations.
• Ability to promote RINA DMC and its product to clients and suppliers
• Must have strong influencing skills, networking skills and relationship management skills.
• Ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities and work assignments.
• Must be proficient in the use of technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and industry specific software.
• Must be committed to continuous development and improvement.
• College degree – BA or equivalent

Travel
This position may require frequent travel and the individual in this position must possess the ability to represent the Company while traveling independently. Additional requirements are as follows:

• Must be able to travel frequently by way of air, rail, vehicle, or other modality as required.
• Must be able to travel independently, acting as a brand ambassador and representing RINA.
• Must have a current, valid driver’s license
